'DragonPunch' is Alex Garcia and Wayne Yip. Their first project together was a music video for Quasi 'Peace & Love' which won the Domino Records and Popular Award at Radar Festival 2007. Their first short film 'Happy Birthday Granddad' won the BAFTA '60 seconds of fame' competition in 2007 and since then have been chosen to be part of the 'Best of Brits 07' Festival, which took place in LA in October 2007, and also have been showcased in the 'New Directors Reel – Shots 2007/8'. They have just finished their second short film entitled 'Samantha', which has been accepted into the East End Film Festival, and are currently working on some other things. Awards Festivals Press |
